Full papers to be submitted 15 October 2004
Abstracts for non-refereed papers to be submitted 12 November 2004
Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts 3 December 2004
Confirmation of acceptance of refereed papers 3 December 2004
Final date for early bird registration 10 December 2004
Registrations will be accepted up to and including the first day of the Forum
