Rhondda's main roles are to:

• coordinate the user side of WebCT - the online learning management system; and
• implement flexible learning initiatives within Murdoch university.

Rhondda has experience in the areas of computing, staff development and online teaching and learning. She has taught computing to undergraduate and postgraduate students and delivered a range of workshops for university staff.
