Master Class Program in Academic Integrity
Innovative Research Universities of Australia

Visit from Charmian Eckersley 16 – 22 March

Academic integrity has become increasingly important in Australian universities. Murdoch University has seized the opportunity of the IRU Australia Master Class Program to address and encourage honesty in assessment, discourage plagiarism and collusion and promote high standards of behaviour that protect intellectual capital and the standing of universities.

The Master Class Program aims to showcase the best learning and teaching expertise across the IRU Australia universities. As part of this program, Murdoch University has invited Charmian Eckersley of the University of Newcastle to share experiences of her university and to help us explore academic integrity and how it might best be promoted in a holistic manner across Murdoch University.

There are three key events: Master Class, Divisional meetings, HERDSA event.
