Proforma for Graduate Attributes Development Proposals, 2003

This proforma is a guide for Divisions wishing to develop a proposal for a Graduate Attributes Development Grant. Assistance with completing the proposal is available from Teaching & Learning Centre staff (contact Lorraine Marshall, 9360 2441, L.Marshall@murdoch.edu.au).

  1. Project title.

  2. Brief description of project (up to approximately 100 words).

  3. Rationale for project addressing the criteria.

  4. Units/programmes of study to which the project will be applied.

  5. Student target group:

    Number of students enrolled in the relevant units/programme in the past two years.

    Primary target group(s) (essential to reach) and secondary target group(s) (desirable to reach).

  6. Description of any work already done by the program or School on graduate attributes.

  7. Plans for how the project can be applied to other parts of the School or Division.

  8. A broad schedule for the implementation of the project. This might include the development of materials to support the graduate attribute(s) and/or their integration into the curriculum.

  9. An indicative costing, including divisional contribution in kind, for the project including staff, equipment, and consumables. Required resources showing specific staff, their tasks and the funds allocated to these tasks.

  10. An indicative timeline for the design and implementation phases of the project, including a timeline for the completion of the project.
