ENTERTAINMENT: Cultural performances from diverse cultures
Food and drinks will be on sale in Bush Court - over 15 food stalls presenting a diversity
of international and local cuisine.
The Multicultural Week Festival provides an opportunity for students, staff and the community
to contribute to, and celebrate our cities and states vibrant culture. This festival is a
celebration of our heritage and helps us to think of issues related to multiculturalism,
racism and reconciliation through various events and workshops conducted throughout the multicultural
week.
Murdoch University and the Guild of Students will take the opportunity to conduct a number
of multicultural activities aimed at bringing about cultural change.
We believe that the public lecture will contribute to advancing discussion and progress
towards creating an Australian community that is free from racial harassment and discrimination.
