	Implementation of the Equity Plan in line with the University's Strategic Plan (members to agree to tackle this task in phases)	Phase I – Review all strategies relevant to Academic Affairs and prioritise business within the agreed timeframe	On ESJC first agenda (ESJC meeting 4/7/05)	Members to consider this before the first ESJC meeting. Due to time limit, members are asked to bring their suggestions at the meeting for discussion

	Enabling Programs	ESJC to deal with recommendations from the review of enabling programs	Will be Ongoing as required
	Graduate Attributes: Promoting better understanding of Social Justice issues wherever relevant in course offerings	Incorporation of social justice into the curriculum of all (undergraduate) new and amended courses through Academic Planning	Ongoing
