Prior to Semester 2, 1998 a different questionnaire was used for student surveys. Therefore it will
be difficult to make valid comparisons between more recent results and those from previous semesters.
Note also that the scoring has been reversed and that a low mean value on older questionnaires indicated
higher student satisfaction.
