Structure and Layout

	Are cover and preliminary pages up to date and correct?
	Is a contents page listing all readings included?
	Have the readings been compiled in order of presentation in the unit guide?
	Is page numbering clear?

Quality master copies

	Are all articles complete?
	Is this the best possible copy?
	Are text and diagrams large enough to be read comfortably?
	Are the pages squarely aligned?
	Have all black photocopy marks been deleted?
	Has any annotation or underlining been deleted?

Copyright

	Has the material been checked for copyright violations?
	Has the copyright declaration form which accompanies unit originals to the print room been completed?
	Are full bibliographic details given on all articles, or in the contents page or acknowledgements page?

Moral rights

Are moral rights recognised by acknowledging who has contributed to the preparation of the document?

Print Instructions

If there are any special printing requirements, have these been indicated clearly?
