Unit Materials

The TLC works closely with academics to improve the educational design of their courses to meet quality standards across all media. This includes an important role in the design and development of units using online technology and the provision of advice and development in the use of technology for teaching.

Quality assurance is an important aspect of design and we have developed and maintain an online Guide for Unit Quality and templates which provide practical guidance for meeting the University's key quality standards for unit production.

The actions and deadlines for preparing unit materials are outlined in the timelines and key dates document.

The TLC provides fee-for-service advice and production services for online unit development.
