Melville's
Disability Service provides a planned approach to progressively improve
access in community services available in the City of Melville. Access to
buildings, transport and community facilities such as the Libraries
and City's Recreation Centres ensure that the needs of people with disabilities

National Industry Association for Disability Services. ACROD's
membership includes over 550 non-government, non-profit organisations,
which collectively operate several thousand services for Australians with
all types of disabilities, including intellectual, physical, psychiatric
and sensory. ACROD's members are located in every State and
Territory in Australia and range in size from very small support groups to

body in 1930 to assist and serve the interests and needs of the deaf

Blind of WA has grown from a small voluntary organisation, the Lady
Braille Writers, to a complex, statewide organisation that is the
