Millennium Dilemma: the Australian Constitution and the process of constitutional change
The Millennium Dilemma civics education project aims to facilitate self directed learning on the Australian Constitution: where it has come from, what it does and where it is going in the new millennium.
A considerable amount of time, effort and resources has been applied over 5 years to produce the learning materials now distributed online. This project will, for the first time, enable a proper evaluation and assessment to be undertaken to measure its effectiveness in terms of learning outcomes.
